Our credentials are independently verified. CIDB G7 is Malaysia's highest contractor grading — it's not self-declared. It's audited.
Primary Certification
CIDB Grade G7
The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia registers and grades all contractors on a G1 to G7 scale. G7 is the apex. Foundtech holds G7, which means we have been independently verified to meet the most demanding requirements for financial strength, technical expertise, and track record.
- ›No limit on project tender value — Foundtech can bid on contracts of any size, from RM1 million to RM1 billion+
- ›Minimum paid-up capital of RM750,000 — verified through audited accounts and bank statements submitted to CIDB
- ›Must employ at least two Degree holders (one with 5+ years experience) OR one Diploma + one Degree holder (both with 5+ years experience)
- ›Must accumulate 40 CCD (Contractor Continuous Development) points annually for renewal
- ›Eligible for both government and private sector projects of any scale

Bottom line: Being G7 means Foundtech has been independently verified to have the financial capacity, technical expertise, and track record to handle the largest construction projects in Malaysia. Most construction companies in Malaysia never reach G7. This is a significant credential that represents decades of consistent, verified performance.
