Jacked-in pile installation for a high-rise commercial development in the KL city centre. Zero-vibration system required due to proximity to existing occupied towers and underground MRT infrastructure.
Industrial Factory Underpinning
Underpinning and floor load upgrade for a 20,000 sq ft manufacturing facility transitioning from light to heavy industrial use. Micropiling installed through existing concrete slab without full operational shutdown.
Mixed-Use Development
RC and spun pile installation for a mixed residential and retail podium development. Over 300 piles installed across a 1.2-acre site within tight programme constraints.
Heritage Building Foundation Repair
Emergency foundation repair for a gazetted heritage shophouse showing differential settlement. Jacked-in piling selected to arrest movement without endangering the structure or adjacent properties.

New wing foundation works at an operational private hospital. Strict zero-noise, zero-vibration requirements maintained throughout a 6-week programme while hospital remained fully operational.
Cut Slope Soil Nailing
Soil nail stabilisation of a 15m high cut slope for a residential hillside development. Over 200 soil nails installed with shotcrete facing and surface drainage integration.
Government Ministry Headquarters
Spun pile foundation for a government administrative complex. Over 500 piles installed meeting strict CIDB specifications and government procurement requirements.
Multi-Storey Basement Car Park
Full substructure package for a 3-level basement car park including contiguous bored pile retaining wall, excavation support, and basement slab. Located in premium residential neighbourhood requiring minimal site disruption.
